"Incredibly helpful staff. Clean rooms. I had a great stay."

"I couldn’t use the tv because there was no hdmi cord insert"

"Housekeeping continued to knock despite DND sign. Expensive room with not much to offer. Front desk staff pretty rude and not welcoming"

"Having the front desk come knocking on the door at 5:30pm on a Sat. afternoon asking to keep our voice level down seemed odd and unnecessary. We were just 4 happy friends who have not seen each other for quite some time meeting up before attending a concert together. It must be extremely thin walls and doors. You can make of it what you will."

"Everything seems to be very old & charging for parking fee!!!!"

"Nice clean room"

"The restaurant was closed. There were no food or breakfast options. Our toilet ran all night and it wouldn’t stop. You could hear traffic all night. They had some stupid loud event in the conference room that went on half the night with kids standing on chairs and singing. The nearby neighborhoods are shady. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. Also, some questionable restaurants nearby."

"Great location"

"Clean"

"Highly recommended!"

"I was traveling with my 1 Nd 4 year old grandchildren. The woman who checked me in at 2 was kind enough to let me store the luggage and porta-crib in her office until I came back with the kids. We didn’t get back until 7 and the woman at the front desk was overly kind and helpful. She brought my luggage cart up to my room so I could carry the baby. It was such a pleasure to have met such a wonderful and supportive staff. The same can be said for the front desk gentleman who retrieved my luggage...

"Nice enough hotel, but no cell service inside."
