"The property was outdated and lack of staff by the pool. We paid an extra $65 per day for a "cabana", basically a partially covered chair by the front pool. We had no choice if we wanted any sort of shade because there were no umbrellas at the pool. The back pool had covered loungers at no additional cost??"

"The property is located right on the beach and they offer towels for free. You need to rent chairs, umbrellas, and any activity gear like boogie boards ($20/2 hours) and snorkeling equipment. It would be nice if they’d provide at least the chair and umbrellas for free. They also offered cultural activities but you must sign up right away as they fill up and we were unable to do all the activities we wanted. Parking was on property ($25/day). Room had full kitchens and essential to cook meals like breakfast and light lunches, making it more affordable to enjoy pricer dinners. Bigger beach access and next door to a great luau. Would recommend over priced resorts around whalers."
