"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Napili village was exactly ehat we wanted! Clean, quiet and perfectly located 2 minutes from the beach. We had everything we needed already supplied in the kitchen although I had a hard time finding the cutting board. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pool area and barbecue were pristine. I really am happy to have found this place and we will be back for an anniversary for sure! Staff was outstanding and the after hours checkin was the easiest thing ever. Thank you Napili Village...

"Beautiful place to stay, hidden Jem will always come back."

"This property was absolutely breathtaking! The staff were the kindest most genuine people! I loved being here."

"The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze."

"The room was immaculate. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The property is lovely and well maintained. The beach is close by and they run a convenient golf cart shuttle down the hill. The food is great. The evening music is lovely. Everything a Maui trip should be"

"We did the partial ocean view, and it was better than full on ocean view. We got to see the beautiful oceans and the clouds resting on top of the mountains. The room was clean and staff was the friendliest staff I've met. My only downfall was the bed. It needs to be replaced!"

"The room didn’t look renovated but it was clean and traditional. The resort itself offered a lot of amenities and was gorgeous. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. They do make you pay for parking which is annoying but it was like 12$/a day.The resort was beautiful and i really enjoyed the pools. You also have to pay for access to the gym (7$/a day)…..also annoying. They offer a lot of information about the island and fun things to do. All in all, I enjoyed my stay!"

"Beautiful stay! We have stayed at the North and Nanea and both beautiful properties!"

"Nice place, one day cleaning staff only brought clean towels but didn’t actually clean the room but that was the only issue"

"Everything was wonderful."

"This place was so nice and very relaxing. Took my toddler and it was definitely worth it! They also provided a small crib/playpenn for my toddler to sleep. The cafe has very good food! Overall a great experience"

"Very close access to beach.. Quite location. Pool across the street. Trash shed access a few yards away. Nice patio with peek-a-Bo view of ocean and waves. Kitchen nicely supplied. Great walking paths (miles of paths and roads along Ocean). Great Golf @Plantation with very nice Club House open to public. Secure feeling. Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really...

"Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept."
