"I was really excited to stay at this hotel with my two young children. I read the reviews and amenities, and figured it would be a great spot for us to stay before our flight back home to BC. Unfortunately, the experience fell flat. When we arrived at the hotel, the pool was cold. I do believe they were working on the heat, but there were no signs or information provided about this. One major reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool, unfortunately there is not hot tub. This was then followed by issues with their hourly shuttle. We checked in around 3 PM, and the hourly shuttle scheduled at 6 AM the following day was already completely full. We ended up having to get on the 5 AM shuttle. Arriving considerably early to the airport with a three and a six-year-old.. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, comfortable, but I don’t know that I would return. "
