"Super helpful, initially make a mistake with the booking and the friendly helpful receptionist messaged me to let me know their concerns, the following day, updated and set off for my stay. Booked this hotel due to location and cost for work. Would certainly stay here again, parking and comfy bed with amazing views from the room. thank you and see you next time"

"The room was filthy. Orange and red bits in the sink probably food from someone else’s spit. The ceiling’s peeling off in the bathroom and bedroom. Mould / discolouration in all the bathroom crevices. Mysterious stains all over the bed sheets and pillow covers. Awful sound proofing as I could hear the ladies in the room opposite yapping away all evening. Someone was knocking on their door or my door (couldn’t tell because the walls are so thin it sounds the same) at 9 / 10pm asking to be let in. As a woman I didn’t feel safe with this. No plug sockets by the bed so I couldn’t charge my phone overnight as putting it on the other side of the room would make me miss my alarm. The rooms are so outdated and not well maintained. And the worst part, no heating and awful weather proofing. The room was disgracefully cold and I tried to turn up the thermostat and turn on the heat but nothing. I had to put on my change of clothes on top of my pyjamas just to feel warmer (and was still freezing). The staff don’t even ask how your stay was at checkout (probably as they know they’ll receive poor feedback). Overall awful hotel, pictures don’t show the real / current state of the rooms, may have been nice 50 years ago but not fit for 2026."
