"On upon checking , the staff were amazing and smooth check in , The room itself could have had a bit of attention , windows don’t open , heating can’t switch off and mattress was rock hard , the bathroom looks brand new and the shower was amazing with but the bathroom sink took about 10 -15 mins to drain away . The check out was also very quick . Also there’s a booking taxi screen in reception which was very handy"

"Never take their bunk beds. Some addict or alcoholic wont let you sleep all night."

"Room was opposite lift so it was sooooo loud throughout the night."

"Friendly, welcoming staff on check in. Room was a good size. Breakfast served from 4am but limited food on display, no hot food available. If you're getting dropped off by car, the reception will validate the ticket so you are not charged."

"Very reasonable rates and very short walk to City Centre"

"Me gustó que es un lugar moderno, de fácil acceso, con ascensor, cerca a todas las amenidades, muy limpio, con suficiente espacio, el personal eficiente."

"Lovely comfortable clean room with comfy beds. Good food especially breakfast. My only very minor personal quibble is only tinned mushrooms-much prefer fresh."

"Vereygood"

"Clean room. Exactly what you expect from a budget hotel brand. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a night hot or two. Also not ideal for anyone other than solo travellers or well established couples. Close to the main bars, shops and river front though. Also easy to get to Anfield and Hilldickinson Stadium"

"Great stay! Central and cost effective."

"It was freezing the first night they remedied it the second night, some came for the weekend and froze the whole time. It is older and need some updates potentially but we were glad to be in this town and support the locals"
