"We stayed here for four nights as a family of four (two adults and two young children) and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent; the staff were courteous, polite, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after. A huge plus was the early check-in. After a long flight, we arrived two hours early, and since our room was ready, the staff kindly let us settle in immediately. The breakfast quality was great with a lovely selection of food....

"The room was nice and spacious, the service impeccable, the gym was small but had free towels you could use and ice-cold water, which was great! The staff was so nice and you even get a free public transport voucher to use, so you can see Basel all you want!"

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."
