Good location, very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood, with shops and restaurants around the corner. Very friendly service at the reception, with good advice and support on visiting Basel by public transportation.

Perfect spot for Christmas Markets!

Perfect location if you are coming to see the Christmas Market of Lörrach. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Great full breakfast and very accommodating staff.

Comfortable bed, very good complete breakfast and no expensive.at $10 euros p/p . The hotel location is in the city. (The only thing happened during our stay the street was closed for working, and had complications with the car to get there but that is temporary issue and only if you have to get with car) . Other than that hotel is.very nice and good updated.

Fine stay👍

We liked it a lot. The room was very good - big and clean. Breakfast was great - quality was very nice. The hotel is suituated in the center - good to walk in the evenings.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation into Basel. The tourist card available at the hotel makes all of the public transportation free. The hotel was nice and exactly what our group of 5 needed. Dont miss out on the breakfast! What a value for the 10 euros per person! One warning...there are stairs. MANY stairs. Yes, there is a small elevator, but it only gets you from the parking below the building up to the landing before reception area. That was the only negative to this wonderfully quirky hotel.

The image shown on Expedia, of the front of the hotel is kind of misleading. The bottom portion of the front of the hotel is a restaurant and not the hotel itself. The hotel reception is hidden behind the building where you have to walk a couple of stairs left and right to get to the reception. When I booked I was booking for an authentic experience so somewhat disappointed. However, the location seemed quite central

Adequate

The front of the hotel looks nice, but inside is not as full of character as this suggests. The room was clean and adequately equipped, and the underground parking was useful. For a “pet friendly” establishment it was disappointing to be told that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and there were no other options for where we could take breakfast, so we declined. I suspect we wouldn’t have been allowed to leave our dog in the room, and I wouldn’t have done that anyway. In close proximity to the hotel there are lots of nice places to eat, which was good. There was a communal balcony area which we expected to be able to use (nobody else was out there whenever we went passed) but we were told that this was reserved for “other guests”… not sure how much more than €100+ per night one needs to pay to be allowed on a communal balcony! But there were no other outside areas to sit. Overall, very underwhelming.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist auch für Zugfahrer sehr gut, da es mitten in Lörrach ist. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es natürlich auch. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klima ausgestattet.Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Der Tipp mit einem Besuch in Colmar war super, danke dafür. Der Frühstück -Service ist perfekt, es würde darauf Wert gelegt das immer von allem reichlich und frisch da ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
