"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I traveled with my two minor children and was mistakenly assigned a room that was already occupied by two adult guests. When we entered, they were changing clothes, creating an extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate situation for my family. In addition, the hotel appeared poorly maintained. The carpets were heavily stained, the walls were damaged, and several areas seemed neglected. The breakfast was also...

"It was ok"

"The 2 room suite was bigger and better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking. The staff were friendly. The kitchenette was well stocked with anything you could need. Beds were comfortable. The fireplace was a nice addition. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again"

"Reserved a King room with a step-in shower. Furniture is very well used. Even in the lobby the upholstered chairs are worse for wear. None of the sitting chairs in the room were comfortable and the beds' wood frame sounded like pop rocks any time we sat or moved. The A/C worked well and despite dirty old carpet it smelled okay thanks to the room/air freshener the cleaners use. Breakfast...

"Close to historic sites and excellent value."

"There was a cockroach in my room."

"Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again."

"Clean quiet place for the night, very good breakfast and complimentary muffins and coffee throughout your stay. Room was spacious and bed was VERY comfortable."

"Nathan was amazing her really addressed our needs."

"We passed on to the staff that some things needed to be cleaned in the room. Also the headboard needed repair. We passed on that the tub wasn't draining properly in the room. The staff was great and said they would take care of it."

"Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college."

"Great stay!"
