"My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . "I stayed there several times I never had a bad experience as far as staff goes. Whenever I have had problems they fixed, no push back. Only complaint is there one microwave"

"Well, had a nice clean room, renovated bathroom (floor, toilet, shower walls) but old sink fixtures. Beds were great! Unfortunately, while having breakfast, observed a bug crawling over the bread selections and had to report it to the front desk. "
