"Missing pillows. Missing light bulb. Understaffed. The room seemed clean. The one employee there was super friendly and helpful. He got me pillows. The poor guy was there when I arrived at 11pm and still there when I left at 7am. The hotel was totally sold out so that was probably the reason for the issues. The room cost less than $100 for the night so all in all it really wasn’t bad to be honest. "

My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. "The staff was really nice and personable. The breakfast and coffee station were great. However the cleanliness was not the best. Every fabric in our room had visible staining on it (the couch, the chair, the stools), the pull out couch mattress was disgusting, multiple stains (pretty sure one of them was blood). The air-conditioning units both made clicking sounds. The shower curtain rod is about 2 uses before it rips out of the wall. The room overall could use a freshening up. There was no...
