Overall it was a pretty good stay. Rooms were clean, but you can tell it is definitely older and in needs of some renovation. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was excellent. Overall a good place to stop if you are in need of a good rest!

The entire staff was wonderful, especially the front desk. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices! My only complaint was the toilet—it was extremely loud when flushed and kept making noise throughout the night, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

I think it was overpriced for the condition/quality of the hotel. I've stayed at nice holiday inn with indoor pools that are cleaner/newer. It just felt dirty to me. This place needs a good update. The staff was very friendly.

Staff were very friendly and awesome! However, our family who were traveling with us found a bed bug in their first room and then another bed bug when they received another room. They had to go to another hotel. The only reason we stayed was because we didn’t find any and had been traveling all day with small kids. The room itself was dirty and uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, especially, was spotless. The free breakfast was spot on. Leslie does an outstanding job. The food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this location!

We were on our way to Gulf Shores and Pelham was the perfect spot to stop overnight. We’ve always had a pleasant experience staying at Best Western Hotels. This one was comfy, clean, nice breakfast, loved their coffee machine, easy to get to and lots of restaurants to choose from close by. Only complaint was it was a little noisy but that’s no the hotels fault since interstate runs across in front of it. We would stay again.

This is an older hotel but was clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We only stayed one night traveling through. It worked out good for us. It is right off the interstate and has many food options in the close area. We had no trouble leaving the next morning. Traffic was not bad getting back off the exit to the interstate.
