"Very disappointing experience. I had fully prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival I was denied check-in without any prior notice or clear communication. The situation took several hours to sort out and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations and pursue a refund. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and customer support throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property."

"First time staying in a hostel and I feel like this was a great choice. We got our own room. They seem to realize prioritize making people feel safe and comfortable. Hoping every hostel I stay at is like this. They provided breakfast and also dinner which I thought was super cool. We only stayed for 1 night. They did a song bingo in the bar that was a lot of fun. The room was incredibly hot but it did come with a fan."
