"Mark and staff are amazing. Highly recommend."

"The front desk lady I think her name is Jen not sure. She is absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and very nice and her husband as well."

"Walking distance to the beach and restuarants are close. Breakfast was absolutely awesome."

"Great place to stay. Originally booked weekend of the hurricane. Hotel was willing to rebook but Expedia kept giving me the run around. Hotel promptly issued a full refund even without insurance"

"Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it."

"We just needed a nights stay for a fishing trip, so this place was fine for this. There is not a front desk person, you check via kiosk with a person working remotely. My person was nice, my daughter’s not so much. The rooms were kind of dated but they were clean. The parking lot was sketch though. We did witness a fight that got out of hand enough we left the pool and went back to our room. Just know this is not a top of the line place, but ok for a quick nights stay."

"Rooms were clean as well as the facility. Breakfast could have been a little bit better but it's free."

"Positives: Manager was very nice. Great location. Price for the location was great. No bed bugs. Negatives: Asked staff for towels and never got them. Bedding including pillows had mildew on them. The room was very dusty. I don't think it had been used in a while. I went and bought my own bedding and cleaning supplies. I didn't see any bugs until the day we checked out and saw 2 cockroaches. The property was somewhat run down. I won't be staying there again."

"Would stay again"

"The location was great. 6 minute drive to the beach. Close to shopping and good places to eat"

"Everything was great except the check in process. Avari did not email me the entry code for the room. Sandpiper Cove does not supply that code. You have to get it through the third party service used to book the room. "

"Master bath was not good. Tub leaked so dripping water was annoying. The towel hook kept falling off. Otherwise good place to stay. "

"Very clean property. It was as described. Outstanding location. Just a couple suggestions. Provide condiments such as sugar / salt / pepper. We flew in and had to buy basic items such as this. Unit needs minor repairs such as light in the bathroom and bedframe was broken. Mattress is in need of replacement also. Minor things but I would still recommend staying here."

"Location, location, location!! The condo was right at the beach, very clean and easy commute to the Harbor as well as Destin Commons. We would recommended and would stay again. "
