Large condo complex right across the street with private beach access. Front desk has limited hours. Balcony looked at parking lot / pickle bar court. Pool was emptied for the season. Room and bed was nice, some aspects dated but very overall.

The best destin stay ever

The condo was extremely cleaned and decorated very nice, the master bedroom was very big and beautiful. The view from the condo was awesome you could see the beach and the entire strip.

Property is bit old but clean beautiful view from balcony my room was clean bathroom was clean we had a good time specially the resort has it’s on beach you get a code to get in and out so it was a great experience.

Pool was 86 love that. but the building is outdated for the price. We got 2 rooms full kitchen and the second room never got below 79 the whole time and our fridge stayed at 44. The elevators were always broken had to wait on them for like 30 minutes. No safe key in the condo and the bubbles never worked on the hot tub. But the location was nice and i still enjoy the trip.

We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places.

Overall the property is excellent being in a great location, safe, etc. Be aware that an “A” room is an add on room to a suite. So there is no kitchen or living room area. It is basically a hotel room with a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and a few dishes. The sink is actually the bathroom sink. My bed had sand in it the first night and had a dirty spot on it, so the bed sheets had not been changed. The room could use some paint. The room does come with an umbrella and two chairs that you ask for at the beach which was a definite plus!! There is a coffee shop about 1/2 mile down the road that we walked to each morning and Whales Tail has delicious food right on the beach. Overall we had a good trip and the room was okay for a few days…

When I stripped the bed at the end of my stay, I found dry blood on the pillows. They had not been washed and should have been replaced. Management was great (Kelly) and was very upset about it. She had guaranteed me a refund. So I would consider them again because it f the service they gave me. I would be sure to check my bed linens, though.

Pro: close to beach Con: No one works the front desk on Sun and Mon. View from room was a parking garage. 2 inch meatal trim on patio door on floor. Cause hurt feet and tripping. They take the chairs away from you at 5 pm at the beach so you will have to sit on the ground. I tripped over wood bed fram at foot of bed and fell on the floor

This property is significantly dated, and it shows all around. The L2 unit needs to be gutted and completely renovated. Everything is rusting or cracking or just plain old. The bed sinks in the middle, so good luck sleeping or waking up without a back ache. The balcony doors are hard to shut all the way. I refused to even use the ice maker because the freezer had rust. The bedroom door does not have a doorknob. The whole building has a distinct smell. Really, the good things about it are the location, the beach pedestrian walkway, the restaurant, and beach bar.
