The pool was the best part. Rooms are ok for a night rather than a long stay.

I don't like spending a lot of money for an overnight, so this was sufficient. It had a pool, washer, dryer, vending machines with candy, etc. and ice. The room had two big beds, a microwave and small fridge, so, all in all, it worked for me. I wasn't worried about safety at all, and there was a cool sports bar a short walk away.

While the location is great and staff like Deborah are wonderful, management urgently needs to invest in updating and maintaining the rooms. Easily one of the most disappointing Motel 6 locations I've stayed at. I had multiple flies in the unit starring at me while I tried to sleep. Yikes.

Upon arrival, I was given a choice of rooms, but they were all the same. The room I stayed in smelled bad and was very humid. The floor hadn't been washed in a long time, the toilet seat had urine on it, there was a hole in the wall by the door, there was mold on the door and in the bathroom, and the microwave was dirty inside. The air conditioning had to be kept running at 62°F the whole time; otherwise, condensation would form throughout the room and water would drip from the ceiling (and the AC unit was very noisy). The staff was pleasant.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean NO BUGS AT ALL. The location was safe. The only thing the water wasn't as hot as I would have like it, but it's safe for children so that was an EXTRA. Free coffee was available in the lobby.
