"Ac is okay, pillow was given 3, but rather soft. Overall good location, good and decent hotel, but whenever nearby room door is closed, the air will make a loud sound to my door too. So when chambermaid is cleaning up rooms around mine, it will be endless slamming sound on my door too. "

"We were 30min earlier than the check in time , and they said the room is ready and they can check us in, then I said sure. And then they want to charge $25 for early check in fee, what a heck is that? There is a way to say “ if you like to check in earlier for $25 additional, or wait till 3pm to check in ?” Why so rack of words ?"

"It’s all about the location! Great Staff. Close to literally everything. It’s a renovated hotel but they could include some basic things in the rooms like the fridge and the coffee machine for no cost, also the shampoo and conditioner where not the best. Our room view was a garbage corner (that was not on the Expedia picture) and the street noise sometimes was horrible, they should have noise cancelling windows. I could hear the garbage truck at 7am, it woke me up. "
