"There is no bathroom in the lobby unless you wait in a line, show ID and go in the casino. Kids have nowhere to go to the bathroom"

"Room had poor soundproofing and could hear toilet flushing or people babbling in nearby rooms, as well as planes flying by. An attempt to charge $30 for early checking (1:45pm as opposed to 3pm) by a staff member was not nice especially when we indicated we would leave by 5am. Fortunately another attendant let us check in at 2pm without the extra charge."

"Pool was broken down, which was sad cause we were really looking forward to it, however the staff were so helpful and friendly it really did make up for it. The room was large and beautiful. We will be back !"

"Overall clean. Good location. Walkable to downtown and cruise port. Room was small. Bed was small and hard. Interesting bathroom with all in one toilet and shower. No elevator so beware."

"Incredibly convenient. Fantastic airport views. Comfortable rooms. It’s an airport hotel so lots of people traffic but rooms were in reasonable condition. Service was solid. Bar and food expensive but in keeping with hotel class. Only realistic choice if you are looking for a convenient airport stay for an early flight ."
