"What a beautiful place to stay! We had plenty of space to eat and play games in the evening, and during the day there was nothing like walking out the door right onto the beach. Loved falling asleep to ocean waves, too. We had a fabulous time - terrific place and wonderful host! Thank you!"

"Excellent location! This lovely home was right on the beach; an easy walk to town or to the pier and dunes. A beautiful location to for a morning run on the beach as well as to see the sunrise and even a glimpse of the sunset. A pure delight to not have to worry about parking or lugging stuff down the beach!The interior of the home was mostly clean and a good size for a family of four or five. The couches, cooking pans, towels, and bed in the "main" bedroom (very squeaky and uncomfortable) could use an upgrade along with the shower drain. Also, a very large (and loud) family stayed next door who took over all the outdoor space. However, it didn't damper our stay - we had a great weekend and would be very happy to return for a future visit! We definitely recommend this rental!"

"David was communicative the entire stay and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house was extremely clean, easily accessible to the beach, and had fun amenities such a board games and beach toys. I recommend this sweet place for anyone with a family, and look forward to coming back."

"The marks would have been higher except for how horrible the first few hours were. When we got there the refrigerator was broken. The cleaning crew left it open and somehow didn't hear chirping noise while they were cleaning the house. Which sort of makes sense because there was a lot left to be desired on how they cleaned the place .We called the number and no one got back to us for a couple hours. It was lucky that the head cleaning person was driving by and stopped to see how we were doing. I stressed to her there was no refrigerator and the garbage outside was piled so high with flies and we didn't know how we were going to be able to enjoy the backyard. The manager did eventually come and take some of the garbage and the refrigerator did start working after some work. The location was incredible but I just wish the initial experience was a little better."
