Kennebunkport is lovely and the people are friendly. It’s a short walk to Dock Square where there are many restaurants and shops to check out. The hotel itself - I wish they would sweep off the walkways, it would help keep the dirt and leaves outside. There are some routine maintenance issues like the air conditioning unit pulling away from the wall so it was always muggy in our room. The sink needs caulking in the bathroom and inconsistent water pressure in the shower plus the temperature of the water fluctuates getting cold quickly then all of a sudden it’s hot again. The area is great though!

One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at! Room opened up directly to the water with a little patio and chairs to sit and watch the boats! We loved everything about this property!

Yachtsman I n was an excellent place for us. We loved being able to look out at the water from our patio and it was close to restaurants and shopping in Kennebunkport.

We were genuinely surprised at how lovely the room was, warm and inviting with a bungalow feel. The first words my wife said, "looks like we will have to make this an annual event." Check in a check out was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really neat swanky inn with lots of relaxing charm. Upscale products and decor. Great alternative to a classic hotel and more quiet than a traditional inn. Limited food options on site. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed the ease of check in and that all the rooms are on the ground level with parking right outside your door. The room are tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. The beach is a short walk and there are several restaurants nearby. Dock Square is also a short walk with shops, coffee shops, and restaurants that are all excellent. Watching the boats coming in and going out is very peaceful. It was a very relaxing experience.
