I have never had a more pleasant staff who did everything possible to accommodate and make the stay comfortable.They have several cars available to loan guests, including a Maybach sedan. The bar is amazing and the living room very cozy.

The ultimate in hospitality

All the folks employed at the White Barn Inn, from the front desk to the restaurant and spa personnel, the concierge and the valet, are totally focused on you and your stay. The little amenities, like morning coffee service, turn down service with chocolates, are a lost art in todays corporate hotel world. The restaurant is first class - one of the top five meals I have ever had. We will go again!

Very good service from the staff and a beautiful setting. They delivered coffee to the room in the mornings, but you had to pick a time; restaurant was fantastic; they had bicycles on site for guest use and a fleet of different models of Mercedes to drive. The rooms were a little small and you could hear activity outside the door. It was a relaxing spot and I may stay again if I could Get a larger room.

First off, I’ll say that the staff was fabulous at this property and went over and beyond to be kind and helpful & the dinner we had was wonderful. My only disappointment was the lack of relaxing spaces outside of our room. There is a “living room” and an outdoor gas firepit, but for the cost of the hotel it felt like there should be more than 1 spot to cozy up and read a book by a fire. Also the options to eat your breakfast or lunch were in your room or in the same small living room. Spa staff were very kind, but again, not fabulous accommodations. 10/10 for the staff but overall felt like the property amentities and grounds didn’t warrant the $900 a night queen bedroom price tag.

Great Weekend Get Away

We visited the White Barn Inn in the off-season, so it was quiet, and we had limited activities. The inn is wonderful with a super nice staff, great food, good location and comfortable amenities. We will definitely return for another visit.

The property advertises itself as pet-friendly, but when I showed up with my dog, a french bulldog, I was told that only certain accommodations (surprise, the most expensive ones) are pet friendly. So I had to pay $300 extra per night to stay at a cottage that is not walking distance from the main building of the hotel. I was also told to wait outside in 20 degree weather with my pregnant wife and dog while they prepared the other room.

This hotel is quaint and so beautiful! Collin at the front was outstanding. Every hotel needs a Collin! The room was clean, cozy and the bed was so comfortable!

Best resort ever! I can't say one bad thing about this place. Loved loved loved the room they gave us! Super huge and spacious! amazing bathroom, all impeccably decorated and a most comfortable bed. the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. the restaurant totally spectacular. they had Mercedes - like 5 of them of all types, including a Mayback that they just lend out to their guests for 4 hours at a time. They also have bikes and the town is very bicycle friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated between the downtown brimming with restaurants and cafes and the gooches beach that allows dogs during certain hours so our doggie got to swim in the ocean for the very first time in her life. Was brilliant. the whole stay totally memorable. could not recommend this place any more. please go!

Room was extremely small. Room had angled ceilings so had to duck to get into bed. Private dining was terrible. Extremely expensive, too dark, poor service, food was not good and they sat us by the service area where we could hear all the banging of dishes.

Place was great but few things I would add: No fridge in the room was very disappointing. Also carpets need to be clean, and ambiance for dining was perfect but food could be better. Also Valet is too in your face. The side entrance shouldn’t seem like just a service entrance but rather for those folks who don’t need to Valet. I recommend you make the main entrance more welcoming to park your car in the back. Also going to the refrigerator in the room, that is a must and I recommend you do a mini-bar for purchase at the very least. Lastly the water pressure in shower could be better. Thank you
