"First, the location cannot be beat. The Inn is exactly what you would expect an inn to look like. The fact that it was handicapped accessible is a HUGE bonus. The receptionist was awesome and the coffee, cider, tea, hot chocolate assortment was better than most hotels we have visited. We were in a room on the fourth floor which had there not been an elevator would have presented a problem. The unit for air did not work so thank God the windows opened or we would have suffocated in there. The listing needs to delete the term “soaking “ tub from their room description. I was looking forward to a nice deep soaking tub experience but this was exactly as I have at home. Lastly, why on earth is the toilet paper located so far from the toilet? There is sufficient room to relocate it. With a few minor changes, this could be an absolutely incredible inn. Yes, we would stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kingsport Inn. It was a great location to walk all over Kennebunkport. We did not partake of the morning breakfast because it was pretty much continental except for the waffles and we are not big on waffles. That being said, that was not a dealbreaker. The location it easy to get in and out of town as we did other touring locally. It’s right across the street from a French bakery so that was convenient. You also were able to walk to Mike’s all day restaurant and that was fabulous. We walked all over town to shops and restaurants and really enjoyed our time in Kennebunkport, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, especially with the fact that parking was available and convenient."

"We were in Wells for son’s wedding at Laudholm Farm. This was conveniently near by it was easy for us to go back and forth. As we had lived in Wells for years before finding our way around was easy. Only regret we didn’t have much time at the house. House was clean, plenty of parking and family friendly. Host very helpful."

"Very clean, and such a great location and views. Loved having Adirondack chairs and fire pit, but forgot mosquito spray (a must!). Nice touch was a bottle of wine waiting in fridge upon arrival. VERY comfortable bed and a king! Found myself wishing for a more comfortable place in living room to lounge. Wonderful and cute space and would 100% stay again."

"The house is super cute and bright. Amazing to sit out on the deck and watch the tide come in and out. Great for a family with small kids, but limited outdoor space./no grass. 10 or so minute walk down to the main beach, but the parking pass was included was so helpful. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a really great time staying at this property. The outdoor space with pool, fire pit and deck was fantastic and the main highlight of this rental! My only criticism is with the finishes of the place and the layout. We had a very large group including kids and dogs, and there was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for everyone, however, the spaces to congregate inside felt too compartmentalized. We didn't even use the front main living room space b/c it was abnormally hot in there (the AC units weren't cooling down this room), and it felt very removed from the flow of traffic. The quality of the renovations is also a mixed bag, but it's clear this property is rented often and a lot of thought has been given on the guest experience. There was plenty of parking for 6 cars, and we made great memories in the space, so thank you!!"
