"She is a great host. Communication was great. The location is perfect for many reasons. While it is not literally beachfront it is a 30second walk on a paved path to the shore.. the walking path is such a nice touch. The location places you in the middle so it is easy to go north for the day or south for the day or stay at the east beaches and many local shopping centers near. The condo is comfortable for 2 or 4 people. The resident rooster is friendly and the yard has beautiful flower trees....
