"Excellent stay, felt like we were staying with friends. Clean inside and out, everything needed was provided includes coffee, water filter and all the appliances. Has nice screened porch, kayaks provided, bicycles provided, beach gear provided and if the fruit on the trees are ripe you are welcome to pick them. We felt safe the entire time and parking is close by."

"Perfect property with a stunning ocean view right out the patio door! The condo is situated within walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace Shopping area. The location was also centrally located for visiting the northern beaches, as well as all of the southern beaches. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella for beach days. We definitely recommend this place!"

"The view from the lanai was amazing! Every morning, we drank our coffee on the lanai, listening to the ocean and seeing shooting stars. Every evening, we ate dinner on the lanai, watching the hydrofoil surfers who zipped across Wailua Bay and the ocean. Ilse was quick to respond to my questions, and we appreciated her flexibility. The central location was convenient for shopping in Kapa'a and in the Coconut Marketplace, as well as for accessing the north and south shores. Highly recommend! "

"Stunning views of the ocean. Sunrises from the lanai. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The lanai is spectacular. Pool is nice though it’s in a parking lot so not scenic , but it was well maintained and nice to have. The one opportunity is to get a more powerful air conditioner for the bedroom as is it tough to cool it down. Oh and the resident roosters and chickens provide great entertainment. "
