"“A beautiful hotel with a soul! Highly recommend!” We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront hotel on Mayne Island. The location in a beautiful bay is absolutely stunning! Our room was very comfortable, and watching the breathtaking sunsets from our private balcony was unforgettable. We also loved the on-site restaurant with its cozy fireplace and ocean views—both the food and the service were top-notch. The spa on the property was another great bonus. But what truly made our stay special was the people. The staff welcomed us so warmly that we felt like we were visiting close friends. Thank you so much for such a heartfelt and hospitable welcome! We will definitely be back."

"The cottage was very pretty .... nice fireplace, beautiful deck and lake view, comfortably furnished. We weren't aware that there would be many stairs leading from the parking area to the cottage. Fortunately, we have the mobility to manage those stairs and carry our luggage, but many people our age would have difficulty. We were disappointed that we couldn't check in until 5:00. A 4:00 check in would enable guests to settle in and begin their vacation time more comfortably. We felt that the kitchen facilities could have been cleaner. The oven had not been cleaned for a long time, and the dish drying rack, and the kitchen sinks needed a good scrub. We also gave the fridge interior a wipe-down."
