Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire villa, including all bedrooms, pools, rooftop terrace, heated jacuzzi, movie theater, wine cellar, nightclub, and outdoor areas, plus eligible facilities within the gated community.

Getting Around:

🚗 Getting around Tulum is most convenient by private vehicle or taxi, as public transportation options like buses can be limited within the residential areas. Our property is located in Aldea Zama, which provides a peaceful retreat while remaining accessible to the town center and beach areas. For your convenience, we highly recommend utilizing our concierge services to arrange private airport transfers from Tulum International Airport or Cancun International Airport, as well as private drivers for your daily excursions. The villas include parking space for those choosing to rent a vehicle. We are happy to assist in coordinating all your transportation needs to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

• Outside catering is not permitted. All in-villa dining must be coordinated with the property’s private chef.

• Chef service and time are included; groceries, ingredients, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special menus are quoted separately.

• Use of the indoor nightclub with extra guests may be subject to separate event fees and house rules.

• The property is located inside a gated community with controlled access and 24/7 security.

• Maximum sleeps occupancy is 26 guests. Events with additional guests may apply our Event Fees.
