"We had an amazing stay at Mia Tulum! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco, Anna, Carlos, and Antonio—each of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Our room was consistently spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight—delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal we had was enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!"

"We’ve stayed at many Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties, so we had high expectations—especially after visiting another resort in Cancun (not a Hilton) a few months prior. Unfortunately, this resort fell short in several areas. The food was underwhelming, and while the staff were kind, they seemed consistently overworked and understaffed—especially at restaurants and for the shuttles. We stayed at Casa 5, which is farther from the lobby, and shuttle wait times were often 10+ minutes. Our last day was especially disappointing. At the kids’ pool, it was difficult to get food or drinks due to only a couple of servers handling a large crowd. For the price of an all-inclusive, there wasn’t anything that felt special. Store prices were extremely high—we paid $55 for sunscreen, and most items were about three times U.S. prices. Definitely bring your own essentials. The room was decent with an ocean view, but the frosted glass bathroom doors weren’t ideal for a family with kids. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful (bring water shoes due to coral), and the drinks were strong—unlike some other resorts in Cancun. Overall, we wouldn’t return."

"Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. My 1 bedroom was outside of the pool with kids constantly screaming. I was able to tune it out but the bedroom located in the back faced the road and you can clearly hear every car driving by. Thankful the road is clamber at night. On my second day there was a high pitched loud buzzing sound coming from the courtyard. I couldn’t tune this sound out and it was extremely irritating. I walked around to see where it was coming from and finally asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I also noticed my balcony door didn’t close all the way. The front desk said we don’t have any other one bedrooms available and said nobody ever complained about this noise. I offered to take a downgrade or even pay for an upgrade to no avail. I convinced them to come hear the sound and they finally agreed and learned the sound was coming from a motor outside of my room. They shut off the motor and all was well and they sent someone to fix the door. The motor was back on my last day but I just dealt with it. The front desk could have handled the situation better and offered some accommodation rather than dismissing my claims. Overall it’s a nice place but not relaxing and staff could have been better. I’d think twice before booking this place or at least book a room on the higher floor to avoid the noise. "

"Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "

"This place was a real treat. Great quality accommodation with lots available, spa, bar, restaurant. It’s away from the centre, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend."

"This property uses a system of code bar to enter the property since there is no staff after 6pm. The code bar was sent to my phone but never worked. I had to call the security guard every night to be able to enter and jump the gate in the day time to enter. Every day in the morning the staff recheck the code bar but it never worked. The parking is located 400 meters from the property and across the street. The gate is always closed and locked down. Every time I needed to park my car, which occurred at least two times a day, I had to leave it in front the gate walk to the hotel front desk or call the security. Someone would then walk back with me and unlock the parking gate. One day a police man came to inquire why I had left my car in front of the gate! I explained him why he was not pleased! This is an embarrassing situation no one wants on a vacation. Every time I needed to go out using my car someone had to come with me to unlock the gate. This was very enoying and made my stay there unpleasant. The roof top pool and lounge which was displayed in the pictures was closed for repairs. This was a disappointment since this was one of the factors that attracted us to that hotel! I would never reserve that place again."
