"An okay stay at an okay price. Loved the deep bathtub."

"The hotel is located in the center of this small village. A easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The train station is very basic with a platform and a small covered sitting area, for when it is raining. This village has only two taxi's so planning through pre-booking is a must. On the day of our check-out, even after pre-booking, traffic conditions almost side-railed our next leg of our adventure. "Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s. Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world. Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay. We will be back!"

"Very Family friendly . We over paid on expedia for the stay - look to book directly with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Room was very spacious and clean just might need a bit of maintenance cleanup. Overall our family loved our stay!"

"Wow what a great hotel. From the minute we checked in to the moment we left. The staff could not do enough for us. So friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were great. Large and recently refurbed the food was great. We loved our stay there. When we return to Ireland we would not stay anywhere else"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked smoothly, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very positive. The only small point to mention is that the rooms can be quite a long walk from the reception and breakfast area. We happened to have one of the furthest rooms, which was a little inconvenient at times, especially with family/luggage. Other than that, everything met our expectations, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again."

"This is an almost 300 year old home that feels like a grandmother’s hug. It’s rather out of the way, so make sure you check the map and driving times, but if you’re okay with the location, you should definitely stay here. The home has everything you’ll need, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of hot water and wonderful water pressure in the shower, and the views from the windows are stunning.
