"What a wonderful visit!I was in Ireland for the funeral of my uncle. Theresa and John welcomed my family members before I even arrived as they were in Ireland before me. The home was as beautiful, comfortable, warm, clean, and steeped in great history. It suited our needs perfectly. But, the cherry on top were the quick little helpful visits (requested, not surprise) by John and Theresa, ensuring our visit was a lovely as it could be. Thank you! "

"One of the most beautiful rooms / homes I have ever stayed in. Felt like I was staying at a historic home that I was viewing on a tour. Bedroom was spectacular, bathroom was large and luxurious, and the breakfast was delicious! We wished we got there earlier to just hang out and enjoy the property. Would 100% stay here again. The host was also very kind and accommodating, especially at breakfast! Anyways can’t recommend this place enough. A+ Ps very close to rock of cashel 👍"

The owner Justin lives next door and is quickly responsive to any questions or requests - he truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are satisfied. "Maginstown house is perfect for large family groups. It is beautifully quiet and yet in easy reach of lots of interesting towns, cities and countryside. The house is brilliantly equipped with everything you could possibly need, including of basic kitchen staples. Nicholas is an excellent, thoughtful host for whom nothing is too much trouble. A gem of a place! "
