We liked the location and while the rooms were a little dated and some areas needed tending to, the breakfast and the people were great!

Staffed by a family, the breakfast experience was extremely good. The proprietor was kind and knowledgeable about touring in Ireland in general. The rooms are a bit old, and had some carpentry issues that weren't advertised. The shower pump turning off at 11pm-7am was an oddity as well.

The hostess was very helpful and friendly. Her breakfast was large and amazing! Our only minor issue was that the rooms felt more like hostel rooms, with cinderblock walls and futon-like mattresses. However, slept very well, regardless.

Really nice place and hostess. As there was no pub for food in Tipperary, Sylvia advised us to go to Aherlow House Hotel : we really enjoyed our meal there as well as the scenic view. Very good breakfast.

We were met by Sylvia when we arrived. Allowed early check-in. She gave us great information on nearby walking/hiking trails & dining options. Parking onsite a plus. Accommodations were comfortable. Included breakfast which was delightful. Sylvia was a great host.

The facility is much older than depicted in the listing. The bathroom fixtures are dated at least 40 or 50 years and are rusty. The bed is not at all comfortable and the carpets are old and dirty. We asked for a refund which the owner refused so we contacted Expedia which managed to provide a partial refund. We did not spend the night there.

Wonderful hospitality. We were treated like family by the owner Sylvia. Made to order breakfast - even accommodated food allergies in our party. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in the Tipperary area. Our host Sylvia was vvry welcoming. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and close to Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle. Highly recommend this establishment.

Right in the action of Tipperary . Great friendly stay with Silvia, the family and great friendly staff making your stay in Tip the best experience . We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town .
