Wifi was a bit spotty, other than that everything was great. The room is small. If you're 6' it's gonna be uncomfortable. Luckily my wife and I are short so it was perfect for us!

Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate ...
