"We arrived early and were greeted by Sam on Reception. He was absolutely lovely and we said we were early and wasn't expecting our room to be ready, so we would leave our bags and come back. Sam very kindly worked his magic and said our room was available. So thank you very much to Sam for his extra effort. We loved our stay the room was spotlessly clean and so quiet even though the hotel was very busy, our room was on the front above the entrance but we heard nothing. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was huge. Thank you and see you again when we visit Wembley."
"Everything was amazing at this property. Easy to connect with staff via the app if you needed anything. The room was clean and decorated well. The breakfast every morning was fresh and it gave you a family feel seeing all the other guests during breakfast. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. My only suggestion would be if you are going in the summer ask for a room that doesn’t face the front street. There is no air conditioning (which is fine) but if we opened the window I could wave at the people on the second floor of the bus as a station was right outside of our room. There is also a church with a daycare so kids would be playing outside making noise which is fine if you are an early riser. Any other time of the year this would not be a problem. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to London. "
