"Great modern hotel steps from Karlsplatz and easy walk to the inner city. Lovely inner courtyard. Staff are superb, helpful and accommodating. Standard Room was a good size and beds were very comfy with real feather duvets and pillows. Breakfast buffet (and extras) was extensive, high quality and delicious. Highly recommend. "

"Breakfast was extra and we didn’t go, but there was a bakery about 10 seconds walk from the hotel, which serves fresh bread and sandwiches. The room was very clean and everything worked."

"Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions."

The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."
