"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the comfortable and quiet room (there was just consistent hvac noise from neighboring buildings as our room didn’t face the street, which we got used to). There were also nice touches we appreciated like unlimited, delicious, coffee in the lobby, and guest cabinets in hallways with extra toiletries in case you forgot something. And the location couldn’t be beat - a cute oasis in the middle of bustling Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Location is perfect if you are doing the tourist thing. Staff was wonderful and they were very courteous holding luggage till I room was ready. Only complaint is I booked a “Deluxe Suite that is recently renovated with a city view”.
