"The property was the perfect place to stay on the island because it's about the furthest you can get from the Freeport Marina. The power had gone out the night before our check-in so that delayed the cleaning and our check-in a bit but it really was no fault of their own and we we're pretty easy-going about things. The place was clean and perfect for the 7 of us with direct walkable access to the beach and a good-sized pool for all guests. Caroline, our host, was very accommodating and was sure to respond quickly when we had questions or needed assistance. We would stay at this place again if we return to Daufuskie. "

"We found the island to be a magical experience and the house was wonderful. We had 9 children age 4-13 and 7 adults. Everything was great. There are primarily 5 bedrooms and a great room but just a pull out couch. It would have been great to have kings in all the bedrooms but we loved the house. The host Karla was really helpful"
