"Small room. Noisey on a weekend night as it's adjacent to a restaurant and busy parking lot. "

"Everything was great. I was able to check in early, and the room was reasonably quiet, so I was not disturbed at night. I even had a partial ocean view, even though the room was not advertised as such. I also appreciated the handheld shower, as it allowed me to take a quick shower before bed and then wash my hair in the morning without needing to take another full shower. Breakfast was typical for what is usually described as a “continental breakfast” in the US. I was somewhat surprised though that the staff did not wipe the tables on the balcony before breakfast. The amount of seating inside was limited, but when a few people wanted to sit outside, they could not because the tables were still wet from the morning dew."

"Good location, good staff. TV was cable only which most of hotels now of days aren’t. There was a light by the door that didn’t work, a lamp that didn’t work with a USB port to charge my phone that didn’t work with the one I brought (Mine was too big to fit). There was a wall that had a patch, wasn’t painted in still. There weren’t remotes in the room, I had to ask for staff to bring one up. When I told them about the lamp they just brought another one to the room, handed it to me, and asked me to replace it myself. Which I had no clue how to do. Overall, a mediocre experience. Although most of the staff were nice I did not find that lamp situation very helpful. I am not sure if I will be staying here again."

"We booked this last minute when we were in Pacifica. It was the last available room, but I didn't like that the windows were open with no screen or gate. We have 3 kids and it made me uneasy. The next thing was the TV -- the programs wouldn't load and even after spending several minutes trying to create a Samsung account, it didn't work and we ended up using our own device for a quick show. For $180 for one night, the TV should have worked properly. "

"The only issue we had was the noise coming from the room above it. we heard every footstep, and sometimes it was all night. "

"Property was as advertised. Scenic location and close to local amenities. Quant and enjoyable. Would consider staying there in the future."

"What a gorgeous view of the ocean and shamrock ranch!! We stayed here for a week, while construction was underway at our home, it was a lifesaver!! Everything was there to cook meals, do laundry, and the beds were super comfy. The deck and yard were so relaxing, very grateful for this lovely home away from home!!!!"
