"30 Seahorse exceeded every expectation for our sisters’ weekend on 30A. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully appointed. The four king suites gave each of us our own beautiful space, and even the bunk room was cozy and comfortable with great mattresses. Nobody drew the short straw!The location is perfect. Beach access was a short walk away and the wagon, golf cart, and beach chairs made every trip to the sand effortless. The pool was absolutely perfect and we spent hours there too.One small note: our group accidentally hit a button that affected the water temperature, so just familiarize yourself with the controls when you arrive. Totally our mistake and nothing that impacted our overall experience. Any issues, just message owners.We loved every minute of this trip and this home was a huge part of why. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already talking about coming back!"

"Nice, clean room in a quiet, peaceful area. The king bed was great; very comfortable. The queen bed was kind of a mystery; we couldn’t figure out if it was supposed to covert somehow, so ended up sleeping on the cushions, which was not so comfortable. This is one of the points where the acuracy of the listing failed, as the pictures showed the bed made up and in a different position in the room. Also, the listing did not show a kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise, as the listing only showed a coffee maker near one bed and a mini fridge and microwave near the other bed. It would have been nice to have seen some kind of a floor plan layout of the unit in the listing. One of the hinges on the bathroom door needed repair. All in all though, it was a pleasant accommodation in a safe, clean complex with close proximity to Destin. An excellent value for the price."

"This is a very nice 3 story home overlooking the Gulf. It worked well as there are 5 separate bedrooms and showers so our group of 6 could really spread out. I’ll lay out the pros and cons below.Pros: Lots of room and spaceto spread out. Private and quiet gated Community. Golf Cart is very useful given the distance to the beach. Gym was good, pool is nice. Beautiful view off back porches. good location close to publix/wal mart, Donut Hole, Stinkys.Cons: far distance from the beach. Golf cart or vehicle is needed. 30A has very busy traffic and it feels a little unsafe driving the LSV (golf cart) on the road with big trucks and cars going 40-45 MPH. It’s a solid mile to the closest beach access and there is a little to no parking. Most of the beaches around there do have very limited public access. as long as you’re near the wet sand you shouldn’t have issues although we did have Lanyard Lisa saying stuff to people at Stallworth (just go on social media), you’ll see what I’m talking about :). There are literally 4 parking spaces there. you can park on the main road, but you will do a ton of walking. same at the other two nearby access points. little parking. the house is very vertical there are 4 flights of stairs. Master up top…lots of exercise! Had some issues with hot water in showers, they did respond quickly. Overall, super nice place, but not the most relaxing trip given the effort to get to the beach."

"This house was so beautiful and so perfect for my family spring break, from the time I booked to the time I left Todd was amazing. The check-in was great the house was clean and fully equipped the heated pool we really enjoyed and the golf cart was the cherry on top, because we got to ride down 30A and sightsee as a local and not to mention the beach was 5 minutes from the house. The perfect location to many stores and restaurants Everything was amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone and will be booking again. Thank you for everything "

"Great for families!"

"The house was overall great. Lots of space and amenities. Family friendly and we had an older person with us who made use of the elevator. Pool and hot tub were great ( once we were given the right instructions to operate the hot tub)Kitchen had everything except they only had 1 kitchen towel. TVs were confusing. Some had cable. Some were internet only. The tvs were slow to respond and the outside tv was missing the remote entirelyManagement service was ok. They showed up every time we needed them but there was lack of communication to when they might show up. We lost two days because the instructions to operate the hot tub were wrongWe also had other misinformation. For example the garbage days stated Tuesday and Friday when it was actually Monday and Wednesday Golf cart was great once we again got the right waivers. Same goes for the bikes. Location is awesome and close to beachOverall we would stay there again. Just had some frustrations with the technology and instructions "
