The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was quite quiet at night in terms of street noise. A ​​guest in the room above us made some noise at night, but the hotel can't be blamed for that. The hotel is recommendable.

Property is well maintained. Friendly staff. The last time we stayed , the room was much cleaner. This time, not so much. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good lobby area set up. Does have a washer and dryer area for those staying a bit longer. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent hotel. One of the best I've ever stayed at and I travel alot. Have never stayed at a Tru before and was so pleasantly surprised. The nice lady at the check in was awesome, and Jeff the manager was top notch. He made a point to speak to me when he saw me up on the 4th floor, knew my name, and introduce himself to me and was a pleasure to talek with. I will bring my family here for a mini vacay and will henceforth make sure my work team and I always stay here when in the area. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant to make a reservation because there were no reviews, but I ended up receiving the best service. Even though it was busy and hectic during the Labor Day weekend, the supervisor personally assisted me with great care and attention, which made my stay very comfortable. Out of all the places I’ve stayed, this was by far the best.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. If I had to give a negative, it would be that there were several noises during the night we couldn't figure out. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
