"We brought our two toddlers with us on this trip and could not have been more pleased by our experience. The staff was incredible and absolutely spoiled our kids. While the resort did show a little age, it was pretty clean and you could tell they tried to keep up with the upkeep. The rooms were a little smaller than some of the other resorts we've been to but still had everything we needed. The pools were great and quite through the middle of the week. The beach is small but the retaining wall...

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast....

"Catalonia is directly on the ocean so that’s a huge plus; however, the resort is OLD and needs updates and repairs throughout the resort. Both elevators closest to our room were NOT working the entire 5 days. Buffett was fine and the food was fresh. The Buffett area was clean and the restaurant staff were friendly. Our room was cleaned daily and the a/c unit kept the room very cold!!! Bottle water was provided in our room daily by the resort. "

"I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit!"
