Check in time is at 4pm instead of 3pm, they charge $20 per night for parking now and the deposit is reimbursed in 7-10 days instead of 72 hours. "The owners are what really make this hotel special. Friendly, helpful, fun, just great people. They love what they do and it shows in every aspect. Beds are very comfortable and my husband and I slept in every morning. Having places to sit outside and enjoy the weather is a huge bonus. The location was also great."

"Not a great experience- Hampton and Expedia did not communicate properly on the room type we booked- or overbooked- and could not give us the right room with enough beds the first night. Terrible run around trying to fix the situation. After trying three rooms the next day, they finally settled us in one that had smaller beds, but at least the right number. Breakfast is all microwaved (powdered eggs, bacon, sausages, etc). Staff only brought more towels/ emptied trash if we set the cans outside...
