"This is a delightful, clean home with insane views of blue water, sunrises, sunsets and millions of stars. The large terrace overlooking the ocean is perfection with seating for lounging and dining. The setup was perfect for our family of three. We certainly appreciated the extras - like filtered water, icemaker, soft beach towels and extra chairs by the water. Lott, the caretaker, was helpful, attentive and always available to answer our questions. A few things to note - the kitchen is set up for bare bones cooking. We made it work, but utensils and cookware are minimal. We also struggled to get the dishwasher to run properly, so we handwashed. The laundry is in the garage below the living area and must be accessed by going outside. Take a headlamp for nighttime washing.We found the beds to be less than plush and lacking in ample bedding. But the fans and the A/C worked great! The walk down to the beach wasn't a problem for us, but I could see it being an issue, especially for littles or anyone who is a clumsy or not wearing proper shoes. It's easy to lose footing. Maybe stairs are in the future? The private beach is great for strolling! We didn't swim or kayak (it was a little rough) but we did catch barracuda and saw plenty of ocean life. This is the last house on the road so it's peaceful. We enjoyed the seclusion, but be aware that the road into the neighborhood isn't a short one. Get groceries in GT and don't miss Tropic Breeze! "Beautiful two-bedroom home about 50 yards from Tropic of Cancer beach on Little Exuma. The host was extremely nice, check-in was easy, and even floatable inner tubes were provided for the beach. Would definitely stay again in the future. "

"We had a blast. The beach access was incredible. There were several families who drove 30 minutes multiple days to hang out at Tropic of Cancer Beach…and we had it on our front door!The house was the perfect set up for us (family of 4) and Richard & Shauna were perfect hosts (communicated and responded to questions). We typically don’t go to the same location twice for vacations but have already talked about making an acception to get back to the Osprey. "

"Two families, 8 total people, shared this space for a week and it was heavenly! Though we rented a boat for excursions, went to TOC and had a guided excursion, the beauty and seclusion offered at Papaya House are phenomenal. One can stay at the home and experience wonderful privacy and beauty. The house itself was well furnished with soaps, towels, linens….all the start-up items you would expect. We chose not to rent a car and had no trouble getting a driver to Little Exuma. The cabana and hammock are added perks of the home. It was most definitely one of our top, of not the top, vacation we’ve experienced. Thank you!"

We ended up going with the meal service daily for breakfast and dinner and Larissa and Nancy are incredible! Took care of everything for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), which made it feel like a true vacation. 10/10 would recommend staying here."
