"My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. It was private and incredibly peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking almost every day, and we saw tons of wildlife. Valerie was by far the best host we have ever stayed with. We stayed for two weeks and we could have stayed for two more. If you are looking for privacy in paradise, this is your place. "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Absolutely amazed by this property-it’s private location, views, and the amenities offered. Charles was the kindest person we met on the island. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the blue waters and watching Man-o-war cay sandbars emerge as the tide went down. We saw more ocean life here than anywhere else. There was a turtle that visited the beach, colorful fish, and even a small shark! We enjoyed kayaking across the water to man-o-war, and finding our very own private beach with a nice shaded area. Charles had the place spotless!! This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. This was the best vacation we have had to date and we were sad to leave. This place will always hold a special place in our heart as we got ended here during our stay "

"Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time! "

"When we walked through the door for the first time it literally took our breath away. We have been coming to Exuma for 12 years and thought we had seen it all. This is by far nicer then anything we have ever seen. The sand bar is a screensaver and the beauty of this property and home is stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy paradise this is heaven. It is beyond words. Staff were amazing, there whenever we needed anything but total privacy the rest of the time. Judy was amazing, great AC, lighting fast internet, sunrise and sunset from the glass walls in the living room. We have already booked our return trip this fall! Thank you, we miss it already!"
