"We enjoyed our stay at The Four Turtles Sunrise Villa. Very nice villa with lovely decor. Met the owner when we arrived. He even brought us fresh coconut water! Beautiful short walk to the amazing beach. Would highly recommend! Only 2 small things I would have liked….hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms and a full length mirror. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay. Our 4th stay on Great Exuma and can’t wait to come back. "

"This property was perfect for our second trip to Exuma. It was located conveniently in the middle of the island. The grocery store and several restaurants were within a 5-10 minute drive.The house itself was very nice and clean. Although we didn’t use the pool much, it was nice to be out on the patio by it every day. Lastly, I wanted to give credit to the host, Rob. He was fantastic. We arrived prior to check in time and he was willing to allow us to get to the house early. He personally gave us a tour of the property and provided recommendations for the island. Lastly, we got hit with a flight cancellation a hour before we were supposed to leave. I reached out to Rob to see if the property was still available. It was not, but Rob did offer an alternative to help us out. Although we stayed somewhere else, his offer was beyond kind. Highly recommend this house and would definitely support such an incredible host!"

"Our family stayed at this beautiful VRBO in Hoopers Bay over spring break at the end of April, and we would stay here again and again and again! It was absolutely perfect for our family of four — the size of the home was just right, with comfortable beds, laundry on-site, and literally everything you could possibly need for beach adventures: flippers, snorkel gear, a paddle board, kayak, tons of floats and tubes… you name it, it was there.The beach at Hoopers Bay is stunning — soft sand, calm waters, and just steps away. The location itself couldn’t have been better either — close to the grocery store, the center of town, and as an unexpected bonus, we were there during Regatta Week, which made it even more special! Definitely rent a car, it is worth it.What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the hospitality of Eric and Lidia. They are true angels — some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. We arrived on Easter Sunday when most restaurants and stores were closed, and they invited us to a picnic at their home. Our kids especially connected with Eric, who took them to cut down coconuts, hosted a beach fire, and patiently answered our curious 8-year-old’s endless questions about island life.Their kindness, warmth, and the love they put into their home shines through in every detail. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back. If you’re considering Exuma, this is the place to stay!"
