"Our stay at Casa Del Mar in Exuma was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, communication process was flawless. Both, Dmitri and Gabby were responsive, helpful, and made our entire planning process seamless. The home itself was magnificent, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt thought through.We also truly appreciated the wonderful recommendations provided for island activities and private chefs, which made our experience even more special. The beach, water and the views were unmatched and beyond stunning.We loved every moment of our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Exuma. We can’t wait to return and explore more of this beautiful island."

"From the moment we booked Julie was super responsive with any questions we had. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was the perfect spot for our family, including small children. It was spacious yet still felt cozy. The pool and beach were absolutely stunning, and The house was stocked with every water toy you could think of."

"This property is very nice and very well kept.The downside is that it is set back and not beachfront as advertised and that was a disappointment upon arrival. Once we overcame the initial assessment, it turned out to be extremely nice and very comfortable.I want to give a big shout out to the caretaker Norman, who does an amazing job of taking care of the property and the grounds . We will definitely return to this location in the future."

"Beautiful, beachfront home with plenty of space for our family. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, both during the day at while watching the stars and meteor shower at night. It was very windy for the entire week we were there, so we didn’t use the beach as much as we had planned, but the silver lining was no bugs. All in all, a very relaxing week, thank you!"

"The location and property were absolutely spectacular. The beach was very long and we had it almost all to ourselves. The beautiful views from the inside and outside made the trip very relaxing. We spent plenty of time sitting in the private gazebo right on the beach. It was nice that there were wooden walkways around the property and to the beach. There was plenty of fun activities right on the property that there really wasn’t a reason to go elsewhere. Tim’s on the Bay was a short walk from the house and had a nice vibe with good food and drinks at a reasonable price when we did decide to leave the house to get a meal."

"Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the view. Having a beach all to yourself was a plus. The caretaker was very friendly and answered all our questions and gave great tips for activities. The host was very responsive and gave us a cheat sheet for things to do and tips. The house was plenty for our family of 5. We will be back!"

"We had an incredible stay at Villa Oceania! Brittany and Kenny were outstanding hosts who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating the entire stay.The villa is beautiful—spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. One thing that really impressed us was how well-prepared the property was. When there was a power outage, the generator kicked on immediately, so there was virtually no interruption to our stay. It was reassuring to know everything was so well thought out. Also 10/10 for the three coffee makers! Prince, the house manager, was exceptional. He was quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance and always went above and beyond to help. His attentiveness and professionalism made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.The location is another huge highlight. There’s an amazing beach a walk away from the villa, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water and beautiful white sand whenever we wanted. We also loved being so close to Tim’s restaurant , which was another great spot to visit during our stay their food and service was excellent! Our experience exceeded every expectation. Between the stunning villa, the incredible hospitality from Brittany and Kenny, Prince’s outstanding support, and the perfect location, Villa Oceania is a true gem in the Bahamas. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"The property was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We loved the central location on the island. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and an 8 month old and had ample space for everyone to be comfortable. We weren't ready to leave at the end of our week and would highly recommend Cloud Nine!"
