"The air conditioning was cold, perfect!"

"Thank god I only booked this hotel for one night because I would of not stayed here any longer. The room smelled musty. There was a live cockroach in the restroom. There was also long hair in the bath tub and walls. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows smelled bad. I will definitely not stay here again and dont reccomend this location for anyone else to stay."

"My experience at this hotel in San Antonio was disappointing. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the shower had no curtain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was also poor. I expected better cleanliness and service. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay."

"It was a good stay. Comfortable beds quiet environment. The room did have a smell and there was a dusty smell when the air conditioner came on. The bathroom could have been updated a bit. Overall it was a good comfortable stay. A lot of places near by and close to downtown."

"This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels."

The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"Durante estancia (43 noches) nunca fueron a hacer la limpieza de la habitación. Estaba solo y eso quitó importancia. Pero nunca repusieron cortesías de café y agua."
