"Our check-in was seamless, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, both during check-in and check-out. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The staff in the lounge were extremely attentive, engaging, and throughout our stay made us feel special. We ordered room service and the food arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty."

There are more pros that cons: Pros: - helpful friendly staff - location was great - room was clean - bed was very comfortable - tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily) Cons: - rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room. - bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions. Theres no hand held shower head. - no fan in the bathrooms. All in all we had a good stay."
