"Lovely old building but very run down, lack of maintenance to the rear as you look out from the lift area, gardens overgrown in areas again lack of maintenance"

"The continental breakfast was lovely. The evening meal we booked was delicious and as it was Friday we had a live band . Unfortunately their groupies came and hogged the dance floor all night. The room was nicely decorated and we had a sea view. the location is not good, on a steep hill with only a bus hourly."

"my husband and i stayed here as we were getting married in the area. we stayed in the sea view room and it was absolutely marvelous! everything was clean and the staff were all so wonderful and helpful (we got lost when finding parking but someone came out and showed us! it was dark so we couldn’t see). their spa package was also wonderful and relaxing. would happily stay again!"

"Stayed on a Friday night as we were at a family do. Perfect for us. Had the twin. Both beds comfortable - one softer than the other. Had everything we needed. There's limited on site parking but wasn't an issue for us as road restrictions finish early evening and there's no restrictions on the Sunday. The owner was attentive and helpful. Information sheet was perfect. The breakfast was excellent! "
