"We had a wonderful stay at The Sterling Inn. We forgot a corkscrew and the front desk had one we could borrow. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We love staying at this hotel."

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"Everything was great! People are friendly and professional!"

"Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was. From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was just as wonderful as everyone had said. It was full of the warmth and love of a grandmother's home cooking, and the taste was simply beyond words. Even the fact that guests are asked about their preferences in advance at check-in shows how much...

"Good stay, but check your bill The room and the rest of our stay were good. The problem was the phone charges. At checkout, the manager refunded 55% but refused the rest and threatened to reverse the partial refund when I kept questioning the charges. A staff member also told me my complaint wasn't being taken seriously because I booked through Expedia. Over a...

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"Location"

"The room was excellent everything was up to standard. The breakfast was good need so more different choices overall everything was great, I will visit again."

"I had a good clean room. The staff was excellent and quick to get me signed in and to get me to my room. You have to pay extra for parking but every hotel in Niagara Falls charges for parking. You are right on Clifton Hill so you’re in the middle of everything there. I was in a room on the second floor at the front and had a view of Clifton Hill and was able to see some of the USA falls from my balcony."

"Love to stay when has free WiFi and parking, walking distance 10 mins to Niagara and 2 mins Fallsview casino."
