"Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. "

"The hot breakfast was good. The second morning we were there, breakfast was not served and a we were given a paper bag with a banana, bagel and bottled water. You are almost forced to use the valet service for your care. The hotel is going through a major renovation and I'm sure it will be better when it is completed. The bed linens were a little "tired". "The apartment was exactly as listed and conveniently located near many downtown restaurants. We experienced a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager addressed them promptly. The building is older, and while the elevators did get stuck on several occasions, the concierge responded immediately each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."
