"Cute boutique hotel in Merida. Pros: clean, shower with hot water (although limited), AC, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood, double sink/mirrors, parking right in front of hotel, staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions, nearby Mercado Santiago, reliable WiFi Cons: Johannes bar &restaurant, food and drinks were just okay. I would definitely stay here again, just eat and drink out."

"Very clean property, easy access to the "downtown" area. Be prepared to arrange your own transportation, the hotel refers you to Uber or private transportation,b they do not make arrangements."

"I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious."

"Everything was Amazing, Señor Raul owner of the Hotel welcome us"

"The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and several main attractions, which makes it very convenient to get around without needing transportation. Overall, the place has great potential due to its prime location and the owner’s attentive service. However, it requires better supervision and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and consistent experience for guests."

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Really beautiful small hotel in perfect location for city sightseeing. Staff very helpful in organising tours and very good breakfast included. Would definitely return."

"Beautiful hotel."

"The place was clean, and the staff was amazing."

"Great location friendly staff. Would recommend "
